1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to aiclotheschanger ("we", "us", or "our"), an AI-powered virtual try-on service available at aiclotheschanger.io (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service lets you upload a person photo and a garment reference image, and uses AI models to generate virtual try-on images. Generation is powered by a credit system: one credit generates one image. Credits can be obtained through free sign-up grants, subscription plans, or other offers we may make available.

The Service is an independent product and interface operated by AI Clothes Changer. It uses third-party AI models and infrastructure to provide virtual try-on generation. AI Clothes Changer is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any underlying AI model provider. Any third-party models or infrastructure are integrations used by the product, not the product brand.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

  1. Registration: Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
  2. Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  3. One person, one account: Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotional offers is prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

  1. Credits: Credits are consumed when a generation task is submitted. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the consumed credit will be returned to your account.
  2. Subscriptions: Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  3. Payment processing: Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (Creem), which may act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your purchase is also subject to the payment partner's terms.
  4. Price changes: We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price increase, and it will only apply from your next renewal.
  5. Credit validity: Credits are valid for the period stated at the time they are granted. Unused credits expire at the end of that period and are not convertible to cash.

6. Refund Policy

Because credits and generated images are digital goods delivered immediately:

  • Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable.
  • If you have purchased a plan but have consumed no credits from it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • If a generation result fails to be delivered due to a fault on our side and the credit was not automatically returned, contact us and we will restore the credit or refund the corresponding amount.

7. Your Content and License to Us

  1. Ownership: You retain all rights you hold in the images you upload ("Input Content").
  2. License: You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and process your Input Content solely to operate and provide the Service (including processing by our third-party AI infrastructure providers). This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems.
  3. Your responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions for any image you upload — including the explicit consent of any identifiable person appearing in the photo.

8. Acceptable Use

You must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms and sets out the detailed content and conduct rules. Without limiting that policy, you must not use the Service for NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, nude, or harmful content generation.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  1. Upload photos of any person without their explicit consent, or photos of minors (anyone under 18) under any circumstances;
  2. Create NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or nude content, or engage in harmful content generation or content that sexualizes any person;
  3. Create content for impersonation, celebrity/public figure misuse, face swap, deepfake, or face manipulation, or use the likeness of celebrities or public figures without authorization;
  4. Create abusive, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content, or content intended to mislead others into believing it depicts a real event;
  5. Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  6. Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  7. Reverse engineer the Service, scrape it, access it by automated means, resell it, interfere with its normal operation, or bypass content moderation or platform safety restrictions, including circumventing the credit system.

We may block or remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund of unused credits in cases of serious or repeated violations.

9. Generated Images

  1. Your use: Subject to these Terms and applicable law, images generated with paid credits may be used for personal and commercial purposes (e.g., product listings and marketing). Images generated with free trial credits are for preview and evaluation only and may not be used commercially.
  2. AI limitations: Generated images are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. They are visualizations, not faithful photographs of a real fitting. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, and for how you use it.
  3. Disclosure obligations: Some platforms and jurisdictions require disclosure that an image is AI-generated. Complying with such requirements is your responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and all content we provide (excluding your content) — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers (such as AI infrastructure, cloud hosting, and payment processing). We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by such providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service promptly.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms — including any claim that you uploaded a person's photo without proper consent.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and account data, contact support@aiclotheschanger.io. Certain transaction and billing records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, refund, or dispute-resolution purposes. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 12–14) will survive.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before pursuing formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to seek an amicable resolution.
