Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") explains the content and conduct rules for aiclotheschanger (the "Service"). The Service lets you upload a person photo and garment reference images to create AI-powered virtual try-on images. This AUP applies to the images, prompts, and generated results you submit, request, or use through the Service.

This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. You must follow both documents whenever you use the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful virtual try-on and clothing visualization. Before uploading an image, you must:

  1. Have the right, permission, or license required to use and process the image;
  2. Obtain the explicit consent of every identifiable person shown in the image; and
  3. Confirm that the image does not contain a minor. Photos of minors are not allowed under any circumstances, even with parental or guardian consent.

You must also meet the age and other eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service.

3. Prohibited Content and Uses

You must not use the Service to upload, request, create, or distribute any of the following six categories of content. These prohibitions apply to your uploaded images, your text prompts, and the generated results.

3.1 Sexual and NSFW content

Sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or nude content; content that removes, replaces, or renders transparent a person's clothing to expose or simulate exposure of the body; lingerie, swimwear, or other garment try-ons used to sexualize a person; and any content that sexualizes any identifiable person.

3.2 Violent and graphic content

Content depicting or glorifying violence, gore, blood, physical injury, mutilation, torture, abuse, or death; content depicting self-harm or suicide; content promoting, celebrating, or providing instructions for violent acts; and content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or the organizations that carry them out, including their symbols, uniforms, and insignia.

3.3 Hate speech

Content that attacks, degrades, dehumanizes, harasses, or incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or serious illness; hateful slurs and stereotypes; and hate symbols, flags, or imagery associated with hate groups.

3.4 Child-unsafe content (CSAM)

Any image of a minor (anyone under 18), under any circumstances — including with parental or guardian consent, and including images of yourself as a minor. Absolutely prohibited are child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexualization of a minor, and any attempt to make a subject appear to be a minor. This is a zero-tolerance category. Violations result in immediate permanent account termination and, where required by law, reporting to law enforcement and the relevant child-protection authorities, together with preservation of the associated records.

3.5 Deepfakes and impersonation

Face swap, deepfake, or face manipulation content; use of the likeness of a celebrity, public figure, or any other person without their authorization; content that impersonates a real person or organization; and content presented in a way that could mislead others into believing it depicts a real event, statement, or endorsement.

Content that infringes or misuses another person's or entity's copyright, trademark, trade dress, design rights, patents, publicity, likeness, privacy, or other rights — including uploading garment images, brand logos, or protected designs you have no right to use, and generating results that imply an affiliation with or endorsement by a brand you are not authorized to represent.

3.7 Other prohibited uses

You must also not use the Service to:

  1. Upload a person's image without their explicit consent, whether or not the result is otherwise permitted;
  2. Create abusive, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content;
  3. Bypass or attempt to bypass content moderation, platform safety restrictions, access controls, rate limits, the credit system, or other safeguards of the Service;
  4. Use the Service for any other unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm another person, deceive the public, or put the Service or its providers at risk.

4. How We Moderate Content

We operate a combination of automated and human moderation:

  1. Automated prompt screening at submission: Every outfit description and prompt you submit is screened by an automated content-moderation service before the generation request is accepted. Requests identified as violating this AUP are rejected and no generation is performed. If the moderation service is unavailable, generation is blocked rather than allowed through.
  2. Provider-level safety filters: Our AI model provider applies its own safety filters to both the images and the prompt. A request may be refused at that layer even after it passes our screening.
  3. Human review on signal: We do not routinely view your images. A limited, authorized team may review specific content when it is flagged by automated systems, reported by a user, or required for a legal or safety investigation.
  4. Credit handling: A request rejected by moderation is blocked before any credit is deducted, so it does not consume a credit. Credits already consumed by a completed violating generation are not refunded.
  5. Ongoing measures: We may add further automated checks, including screening of uploaded images and generated results, and may re-review any content at any time.

5. Reporting a Violation

If you encounter content that violates this AUP — including content generated from your own image without your consent — report it to support@aiclotheschanger.io with the subject line "AUP Report".

Please include, where available:

  • The task, image, or page URL concerned;
  • The category of violation (see Section 3);
  • A description of the problem, and your relationship to the content (for example, whether you are the person depicted);
  • Your contact email so we can follow up.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 72 hours. Reports concerning child-unsafe content (Section 3.4), non-consensual intimate imagery, or an imminent safety risk are prioritized and handled immediately. If you are the person depicted in an image and did not consent, we will remove it on verification of your request.

6. Enforcement and Consequences

We may block, reject, or remove content or generation requests that violate this AUP or present a safety risk, and we act on a graduated basis according to the severity and frequency of the violation:

  1. First-time minor violation: The content or request is blocked or removed, and we send you a warning explaining the rule involved.
  2. Repeated violations: We may restrict specific features, throttle or suspend generation, or suspend your account.
  3. Severe violations — including child-unsafe content, non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes, hate speech, and violent extremist content: immediate permanent termination of your account without refund of unused credits, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.
  4. Additional measures: We may block related accounts created to evade enforcement, preserve records as required for legal or safety purposes, and take any other action reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, and our providers.

Appeals: If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, email support@aiclotheschanger.io within 30 days with your account email and the details of the action. We will review the decision and respond. Terminations for child-unsafe content are not subject to reinstatement.
