Information We Collect

1. Account Information

   • What we collect: Your email address, display name, and profile picture (if provided through a third-party sign-in service), and any other information you provide when creating an account.

   • What we collect: The person photos and garment reference images you upload, and the try-on images generated from them.
   • Purpose: Solely to provide the try-on generation feature you requested and to let you view and download your results.

   • What we collect: Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (Creem). We receive transaction records such as the plan you purchased, the amount, and the transaction status. We never receive or store your full credit card number or banking credentials.
   • Purpose: To fulfill your purchase, credit your account, and handle billing inquiries.

4. Usage Information

   • What we collect: Information about how you interact with the Service, such as features used, generation counts, credit balance changes, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
   • Purpose: To operate the credit system, analyze usage, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

   • What we collect: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand site traffic through analytics tools.
   • Purpose: To make the Service work properly and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How We Process Your Images

This is the part of our Service that involves your most sensitive data, so we want to be explicit:

• Processing: When you request a try-on generation, your uploaded images are transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf, solely to generate the try-on result you requested. These providers are bound by their terms not to use API customer data for other purposes.
• No model training: We do not use your uploaded photos or generated images to train AI models.
• No human review: We do not routinely view your images. Access is limited to what is strictly necessary for abuse investigation, legal compliance, or technical troubleshooting.
• Retention and deletion: Uploaded images and generated results stored by us remain accessible through the Service for up to 90 days, so that you can view and download your recent creations. After 90 days they are no longer accessible through the Service, and the underlying files become eligible for deletion. We periodically clear files older than 90 days from our object storage as part of routine storage maintenance. We do not guarantee that a given file is erased on a specific date — a file may remain in storage until the next cleanup run. You can request earlier deletion of your images at any time by contacting support@aiclotheschanger.io.

Data Retention

• Images (uploads and results): Accessible through the Service for up to 90 days. After that they are no longer accessible through the Service and are periodically cleared from our object storage during routine maintenance; deletion does not necessarily occur on a fixed date. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
• Account information: Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at support@aiclotheschanger.io.
• Service and transaction records: Necessary task, credit, subscription, order, and payment records may be retained for service operation, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, and dispute resolution, or where required by law. Image URLs in older task records stop working after the underlying files are deleted and do not mean that the image files remain stored.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

1. Service providers acting on our behalf, limited to what is necessary to run the Service: AI infrastructure providers (image generation), cloud hosting and storage providers, payment processors, email delivery services, and analytics providers.
2. Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
3. Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, and we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

Our service providers may be located in countries other than yours. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this policy.
